This is a 3-story house built in the second half of the 19th century by Elies Rogent, Gaudi’s teacher in the university, and therefore the building is included in Barcelona’s heritage catalogue. It has been completely restored and refurbished in 2008 with excellent design and quality materials. It is located in Carrer Bonavista 4. There are a total of 10 apartments available in the building. The building is equipped with an elevator, and there is a large gardened flat roof where our guests relax after a long day visiting the city. We also offer a parking place in the same building and luggage locker. The building is adapted for wheelchairs.

This is a sunny and modern apartment with a spectacular design, completely refurbished in 2008 with quality materials. It has 70m2 (754 sq.ft.), ideal for families or groups up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed, and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed with a queen-size spring mattress, absolutely as comfortable as a standard double bed. The main area is composed of living room and an open kitchen with a dining table, creating a large open space. The apartment has a full bathroom and a toilet, and it is equipped with air conditioning, 32” plasma TV, home cinema, and broadband internet. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster and kettle. The service includes bed linen, towels, tableware, etc.

The location is hard to beat: in the safest area of the center, extremely well communicated, with top rated shops and restaurants around you and in the border or a neighborhood with character. The building is at the beginning of a quiet street in the upper side of elegant Paseo de Gracia. In 2 minutes you walk to two metro lines, buses and the two tourist bus routes. In 5 min, Gaudi’s La Pedrera, numerous luxury shops, and a bus taking you to the beach. You also can walk to many of the best restaurants in the city, some of them with Michelin stars. The street is at the border of Gracia’s neighborhood, which has maintained the flavor of the small town it used to be. If you wander around Gracia, you will find all kinds of exotic restaurants, stores with a lot of character, art galleries… Every once in a while you will come across a small square with terraces under the trees that will make you enjoy the wonderful weather of Barcelona.

Perfect for any getaway!

The description was accurate but please note that Passeig de Gracia is the 5th Avenue of Barcelona! But there are also non high-end designer shops all around and plentiful.
The apartment was not only clean, it was spotless!!
The owner, Pablo, was very courteous, friendly, had many helpful suggestions and was chivalrous.
I highly recommend these apartments to everyone. In fact we left Barcelona and went touring other areas of Spain before returning to Barcelona to fly home. We enjoyed our stay at these apartments so much that we booked them again!
Absolutely everything you want to see in Barcelona is within walking distance or a two minute walk to the spotless (like D.C. not NYC) subway system!

Great place that's hard to beat

My husband, two year old son and I rented this apartment for a few days in May. We are particular about where we stay and are picky when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. We were amazed and pleased with how clean, modern and comfortable our apartment was overall. The location was terrific - walking distance to everything. Very kid friendly as well. Everyone was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The description was accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities.
The property was clean and moden.
The management provided good customer service.
I would recommend this property to a friend.

Location is central, safe and convenient with a lot of shops (of any kind - designers to grocery) in a walking distance.
