The building is at the beginning of a quiet street in the upper side of elegant Paseo de Gracia. In 2 minutes you walk to two metro lines, buses and the two tourist bus routes. In 5 min, Gaudi’s La Pedrera, numerous luxury shops, and a bus taking you to the beach. You also can walk to many of the best restaurants in the city, some of them with Michelin stars.
The street is at the border of Gracia’s neighborhood, which has maintained the flavor of the small town it used to be.
