Hampton Lakes is an exclusive prestigious estate situated on Highway 27 between US192 (2 miles) and Interstate 4 (4 miles ) which will take you to the beautiful beaches of Clearwater Cocoa Beach The Kennedy Space Centre Daytona Tampa and Busch Gardens all in around an hour making it an ideal location for all attractions. Universal, Disney and Wet and Wild and the attractions on International Drive are within 30minutes As well as also being convenient to both airports . Championship courses are within a few minutes such as the fabulous Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve Course as well as many local smaller courses.If shopping is your thing you don't need to go far with the Florida Mall and Milliania Mall plus several outlet villages all close by as well as many local shops bars and restaurants. Hampton Lakes itself has excellent facilities such as it's large community pool floodlit tennis and sand volleyball courts and 2 kiddie play areas all available free of charge.
