Fantastic Property

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at the property for 9 months over the last year and in all aspects, it met or exceeded our expectations. There is abundant space with extra and private bedrooms that allowed us to entertain visitors during our stay. The living room and dining room are spacious, well laid out with plenty of storage, seating, and entertainment equipment, and bright with full dual french doors throughout. The kitchen is probably the best room in the house with more than enough workspace, 2 deep sinks, and a full suite of modern, stainless steel appliances including dual ovens, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a 5 ring gas stove. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and supplies. The appliances and equipment, like the house were essentially new and worked well. The house is well maintained and very clean. In addition the utilities including internet, phone, laundry, and heating all provided for a very functional and comfortable environment. As good as the interior is though, the property really shines in the garden where there is an abundance of trees (inc olive, cherry, fig, and lemon), shrubbery, and flowers such as roses and lavender. There is even a small herb garden directly outside the kitchen via handy french doors for utilizing in your cooking. A covered terrace with outdoor fireplace/bbq and a 3 couch sitting area is perfect for the unbeatable Cote D'Azur evenings when the light brings out all the colours and textures of the garden.
Access to the property is far enough from the main road that noise is limited to that of a few neighbours. Even that is minimal as the size of the property and foliage really act to increase the seclusion. The property is fenced and gated and there is a two car garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements.
The pretty town of Valbonne, which quickly became a favorite for us, is 2 minutes away by car where there are numerous markets for your supplies and an abundance of small restaurants and artisan shops. The larger centers of Antibes, Cannes, and Nice with their larger range of services and the beach, are 10-25 minutes away respectively. Besides the many quant French villages to explore, nearby are various activities from wooded parks for hiking and picnicing to an aquarium and water park for the children.
I can say, the location, quality, and service provided at this property helped make our stay in the Cote D'Azur a fantastic experience.
