The cottage is located in one of the most prestigious streets in the area, with little, or no traffic noise, being a no through road. There is a double aspect sitting room and dining room, with double doors leading out to the paved terrace and garden. A compact fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and multi fuel cooker. Gas central heating and constant hot water. Also downstairs, a modern fully tiled bathroom with white suite and shower over the bath. Open staircase leads to two double bedrooms, the larger bedroom has a double divan and the smaller bedroom two single divans. Lovely landscaped garden, with terrace, containers with palms and bamboo and pretty herbaceous border.

Walking distance of St. Margarets for local shops, restaurants, pubs, Twickenham film studios and station, with trains to Waterloo. Bus shop within a few yards of the cottage with numerous buses to Richmond which has great shops, theatres, cinemas, riverside restaurants and bars, as well as the underground and trains to Central London. Buses also go to Twickenham, Heathrow and Hampton Court. Ferry service across the Thames to Ham House during the summer, or walk along the tow-path to both Richmond and Twickenham. Also, within easy reach is Richmond Park, Kew Gardens, Bushey Park and Twickenham rugby ground.

There is also a monthly rate of £2000 per calender month. Available all year round, but excludes gas and electricity, which is charged at standard suppliers rate per unit.
