Our apartment at Monte Laguna is fully air conditioned and has contemporary furnishings throughout. The layout comprises of, an entrance hall. A kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. A laundry area. A main bathroom, with a shower cubical and ample fresh white cotton towels. A master bedroom, with a balcony, alarm clock, reading lamp and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom, with a balcony, alarm clock and a reading lamp. A lounge-diner, equipped with a TV, a DVD player and an Ipod friendly stereo. Two double sofa beds and a large rear balcony with extensive views over the pool and the Millennium golf course. The property also benefits from having a babies high chair, hair-dryer and iron and ironing board, along with an underground car park and a large secure basement lock up, where you can safely store your cases, golf clubs and valuable sports equipment.

Such as the Blue Green Spa, various water sports, lawn bowls, tennis, horse riding, cycling and sailing, and if you still have time, there's even a small English speaking cinema and glitzy international casino. Of course, families are well catered for too and many companies based here in Vilamoura offer cruises and organized excursions to popular local attractions, such as the Zoomarine and both of the two large water parks and if you simply prefer to feel the sand between your toes. You’ll be pleased to know that the 150 km of clean, white, sandy beaches that span the Algarve have been awarded Blue flag status for cleanliness. Golf: In picturesque Vilamoura there are 5 championship golf courses, all beautifully presented with manicured fairways and smooth fast greens. So test your nerve among the cork trees that protect the Old Course, Pinhal and Millennium. Or try to drive over the many lakes and bunkers at Laguna. Each course here presents its own unique golfing challenge and the new flagship venue ‘Victoria’ goes a long way to maintain that special tradition. Designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer, it opened in 2004 and has hosted many international events, including the prestigious WGC Algarve World Cup in 2005. But, within just a half-hour drive of the apartment, you can play a host of mouth-watering venues. Many ranked among the best in Europe. Of course, connoisseurs will love the 9-holes on offer at Pine Cliffs, as well as all 27 holes available at both Vila Sol and Pinheiros Altos. And you certainly won’t be disappointed with a round at the more conventional layouts, of San Lorenzo, Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta do Lago North and South and the new Larajal. As they too are superb. Other venues in this region that we would strongly recommend you visit, include the Pestana resorts, Gramacho and Vale da Pinta. Jack Nicholas’s awsome Monte Rei. Seve Ballestero’s new Quinta do Vale and both of the Quinta da Ria and Cima layouts. Not forgetting of course, sir Henry Cottons masterpiece, The Championship course, at Penina.

A beautiful place, with everything in the apartemnt that you could wish. Not that easy to find the first time, but worth the effort. Very clean and modern. theowner very helpful and communication was fluid.

Our Fantastic Holiday At Monte Laguna

The apartment was recommended by a friend and we’re so glad we went! When they said golf was close, they weren’t kidding. Three great courses within walking distance and the first time I’ve played golf in short sleeves, during December! The marina is fantastic and there are lots of places to eat and drink. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable, clean and very well furnished.
Got to go again Soon!
