It is a private vacation home in very maintained condition in fantastic south southwest slope situation with panorama sea and view on the mountains. Experience one vacation without 'vis à vis' with free prospect on the protected area and the sea. The pool is opened from 15.04. to 15.10. There is a washing machine, a laundry dryer, air conditioner and a parking lot. We have digital SAT TV (German programs), an electrical markise and Teak Deckstuehle with covers. At the end of the dead end the protected area 'L ' Estérél' begins. Spend your vacation in one of the most beautiful places to the Côte d'Azur, in Théoule sur Mer/ Miramar. It is beside few other European places member in the club of the 'jewels of the European tourism '.

The accommodation is 8 km West of Cannes. Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez are very close for sightseeing. The worldwide well-known ball house 'palace of balls' of Pierre Cardin lies in direct proximity of the prominent neighbourhood.
