The apartment is surrounded by 5 world class golf courses: Laguna, Pinhal, Old Course, Victoria and it's situated on Millennium with views over the 15th green. A clean modern fully equipped apartment with large balcony with built-in BBQ. Swimming Pool, Sky TV freeview channels including BBC & ITV, large screen TV, DVD, CD and Playstation also available. A 20min drive from Faro Airport, Glorious sandy beaches 1.5km away. 3 minute drive to Vilamoura. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are 3 twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, wardrobe and drawer space. Main bedroom has TV. Kitchen and 2 bedrooms open on to the rear terrace overlooking the 15th green. The apartment has one full bathroom with shower and one shower room. The main lounge/dining-room is equipped with a wood burning fireplace. There is also a double sofa bed allowing your party size to be up to 8. The kitchen is equipped with oven,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,hob and fridge/freezer.

Notes to the rental rates

• We have a security deposit of £150 which is fully refundable on your return after confirmation of property status.
  Please note that the prices above are based on 6 people sharing and with a once weekly cleaning and linen change service. Optional additional service and cleaning is available for a small extra charge.
  Reservations will be held for 5 working days and if no booking confirmation or deposit is received then your booking is not guaranteed. Deposits for cancelled bookings with less than 4 weeks before arrival date will only be refunded if someone else books your dates. Any cancellations more than 4 weeks before arrival date will have a 10% deduction on refunded deposits for administration costs.
  Deposit of 20% and security payment due when booking and balance payable 2 weeks before rental.
  Payments can be made by cheque, bankers draft, direct bank transfer to UK bank in Pounds Sterling or to Portuguese bank in Euros. Paypal is also available (2% extra charge).

This modern luxury apartment is situated on the Millennium golf courses, with views from the sunny rear terrace over the 15th green. Relax with a cool drink or barbecue on the terrace and watch the golfers play the par 3 15th hole. The apartment is just minutes walk to the Millenium and Laguna club house with bar and restaurant. Laguna, Pinhal, The Old Course and Victoria (famous for the Portuguese Masters.) are all close at hand, and all world class. There are a number of other golf courses which are a short distance away, courses at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago about a 15 minute drive away. There are also many golf courses which are within an hours drive such as Boavista, Parque da Floresta and a bit closer to home Salgados and Vila Sol. Plus two new Oceanico courses of Faldo & O'Connor. Faldo opening the 1st Sept 08 and O'Connor 1st Oct 08. Millennium Golf Course is an 18 hole Par 72 and requires handicap certificates of 28 for men and 36 for ladies. Within the golf course you can find a very nice golf shop, driving range, club hire, lessons,putting & chipping green, trolleys and buggies. It is only a short 3 minute drive from the apartment to the spectacular marina area and the beautiful wide sandy Falesia beach.
