Ground Floor

The large living room is well- equipped with sofas, a television with some satellite channels, and DVD player. Patio doors lead from here to a lovely shaded terrace adjacent to the villa. Off this room is a dining area with dining table and chairs. The kitchen overlooks the pool, with a door to outside, and has space for a breakfast table and chairs. It comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. There is one double bedroom and one twin room on this floor, both sharing a family bathroom which has bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The double room has patio doors leading to outside.

First Floor

First Floor Both upstairs rooms have en suite facilities. The double bedroom has a shower room with shower, WC and washbasin, with a further twin room having an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC, washbasin and bidet.

Outside

The gardens are pleasant and well established with natural shade being provided by trees and palms at the edge of the lawn. The Roman ended swimming pool is flanked by a sun terrace and lawn, with ample space for sunbathing on the sun beds and chairs set out beside the pool. Also in the pool area is a convenient outdoor shower and built-in barbecue.
