Set in the beautiful unspoilt region of Murcia and only a 15 min drive to the turquoise Calm/safe waters of the Mar Menor, the largest natural lagoon in Europe, boasting 320 days Sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21c perfect for both golf and beach holidays. Just imagine yourself relaxing on the sunny terrace with a glass of wine & a good book watching the golfers go by.   • A 25% Deposit is required at time of booking confirmation.

    A £99 security / damage deposit required (refunded within 2 weeks after the last date of rental except where costs have been incurred)

    Minimum 3 nights stay prices on application.

    Prices are per apartment (not per person) per week.

    Cleaning costs are not included and are:- €70 per clean including laundry for 2 persons, an extra €5 per person thereafter for laundry.
    Paid locally to our agent.

    Bookings should be made by email or telephone and your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive a completed booking form plus the required deposit. Do not book your flights until your booking is confirmed.

    Balance will be required 6 weeks before start of holiday.
    We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer ie (pay pal a 3% surcharge applies), GBP or Euros.
  • Well behaved dogs wecome just ask.

Notes: Lounge Sofabed – the main suite in the lounge will convert to a sofa bed. The bed is metal framed and should provide a good comfortable nights sleep . LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, You will also find a selection of games / playing cards, books and CD`s and DVD's for your use. Air-con & Central Heating – The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning & fans in bedrooms. Gas central heating is provided throughout. The kitchen should contain everything you need for self catering. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery, tin openers and most importantly a cork screw!, ironing board and the iron. A programmable safe is provided free of charge to lock away you passports,money keys etc. A table and chairs is provided for your morning breakfast – or Pimms in the afternoon! There are two terraces – One large leading from the lounge to enjoy the stunning views over the swimming pool and the 11th fairway. The small back terrace enjoy lovely views over open countryside.
