Our La Tercia apartments situated on La Tercia united golf resorts are beautifully finished and furnished to a high standard. The 2 bedroom apartments comprises of a twin bed master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bed second room and main bathroom, living/dining room with sofa bed to facilitate an additional 2 persons, sun terrace and fully equipped kitchen. All of our La Tercia apartments are overlooking the 9 hole golf course , pools, tennis court and bowling green and children's play area. Sleeps 6. All bedrooms and all apartment fully air conditioned

La Tercia Golf is a recently completed golf development which unlike many other developments, offers spacious living accommodation and also large garden and pool areas for guests to enjoy. The 9 hole golf course is well designed to suit all handicaps. There are also tennis courts on site, gymnasium, bars, restaurants and shops in order to make the development self contained if required. The village of La Tercia is nearby and has supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. La Tercia Golf is part of United Golf Resorts which also have an 18 hols golf course nearby which guests of La Tercia Golf may use. Sucina (10 mins away) is a small village with more shops. There is a mini- supermarket that stocks English products should you require some familiar items. There are several banks and a pharmacy. Sucina is a typical Spanish village with Spanish bars and restaurants and small weekly market.
