This beautiful tastefully furnished detached villa stands on its own grounds with gated driveway, private pool, jacuzzi, bbq and sun terrace with 2 levels and roof solarium. The ground level comprises conservatory dining room overlooking the pool, spacious lounge, separate well equipped fitted kitchen, family bathroom and double bedroom. On the upper level is the Master bedroom en suite with private balcony and a twin bedroom. For your entertainment and comfort the villa has a British satelite tv system installed and is air conditioned thru-out and there are ceiling fans if you prefer. There are sun loungers, table and chairs around the pool terrace so that you may relax and soak up the sun. For those who like dining 'al fresco' there is a great bbq and an ornate table and bench set placed within a flowering pergola or relax and have fun in the covered jacuzzi. The villa is securely gated and there is a safe for your use.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 200 pounds sterling or 20% of the total rental cost, whichever is the greater and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through bank deposit or transfer system. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    Rental rates are inclusive of cleaning and laundry. There are no other charges except where any extra payable services are requested, ie a clean or laundry service during your stay, hire equipment
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the villa and a good support service is there for you during your stay should you need.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

BEACHES:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the fabulous beach of La Zenia. The beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante, Cala Capitan and Playa Flamenca are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES,TRANSFERS AND CAR HIRE:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. I'm so glad we decided on this villa. Clean is an understatement, you could eat you dinner off the floors, villa was spotless. The UK TV was an excellent idea as the wife didn't miss a show. Interent was a big bonus too. Pool and everything around it was superb and again spotless. BBQ was also enjoied many times by my family.

Secure accomodation is a lovely area, and everything you could need was there. Owners were more than helpful during booking and the stay. I will surely be visiting again, the most clean and equiped villa we have ever rented.

A Nice Villa....but....

We stayed at this villa with our young family. Compared to other villas we have syaed in this was OK...the property itself is very clean and the Pool / Jacuzzi are excellent
There were just one or two niggles that spoilt an otherwise pleasant holiday - we felt like we were 'being watched' as there were visits nearly every day from someone.
The property isn't really child friendly as there are many of the owners personal nic-nacks sitting around, glass coffee table etc The pool area also has lots of prickly plants which the children struggled to avoid.
Overall a nice holiday in a nice Villa - but not one we'll be coming back to.
Owner's Response: The villa displays a home from home comfortable feeling and we endeavor to ensure the grounds, pool and jacuzzi are well maintained.

Excellent well-kept property, meticulously cleaned by owners twice each week. Pool and hot tub excellent. Internet router not mentioned in advertising but available.

TV a challenge but they were working on that because of Spanish oddities regarding TV Broadcasting.

Very pleasant place but do be careful that you lock everything when leaving the property or when going to bed as the area can attract housebreakers. Lock up and you will be OK.
