Spacious self-catering bungalow on award winning park in East Cornwall sleeping up to 6 people. Fully equipped with 2 bedrooms. The 1st with a double bed & the 2nd with 2 single beds. Bed linen included. There is a double sofa bed in lounge. The recently refitted bathroom has bath +shower over, basin +toilet. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with TV opens out to a private south west facing sunny patio with outdoor dining facilities. Kitchen is fully equipped for summer holiday rental including full size oven & hob, microwave & fridge. Non-smoking. Pets welcome. Please enquire if any special needs. Ideally situated on quiet park with full use of facilities on site incl heated pool (open June to mid Sept) tennis, playground, football pitch. Location is perfect for accessing some of the best attractions in Cornwall & Devon including Eden Project, beaches, historic Plymouth, moors, as well as wild N Cornwall. This is a private rental not via Notter Mill, the main Park website

Picturesque Lands End, the Minack Theatre, St Michael's Mount and The Lizard are within 2 hours. The Biomes of the famous Eden Project, St Mellion Golf Club, Tavistock and Looe are within easy reach. There are numerous beaches close by including a huge sandy beach at Whitsand Bay. The nearest town, Saltash is 5 mins drive and Plymouth with the new Drake Circus shopping centre is 20 minutes drive. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to local good food from both pubs and quality restaurants. Famous chefs have restaurants within driving distance including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant at Padstow, John Burton-Race 'The New Angel' at Dartmouth & The Tanner Brothers 'Tanners Restaurant' in Plymouth.

Notes: Whilst the bungalow is not equipped for disabled persons the whole of Notter Mill Park is virtually level and so may be suitable for persons with restricted mobility. Dedicated parking for one vehicle is in front of the bungalow, additional parking in the car park. There are sun loungers and reclining chairs around the pool and your private patio has a wooden picnic table that seats 6. The bungalows are heated and for those romantics of you the lounge has a log burning stove. There is a laundrette on site with washing machines and a tumble dryer

There are other facilities for the whole family on the same site including an inside swimming pool, health and beauty and a fully equipped Gym. There is also China Fleet Club which has both golf and leisure facilities near Saltash. At Whitsand Bay there is a golf course with stunning views over the sea

Skiing: Plymouth offers the use of a dry ski slope and tuition if required, 8 miles from Notter Mill adjacent to the A38. t also has an exhilarating toboggan run- don't put the brakes on if you dare!

Conservation: Notter Mill has been awarded a gold award by Prof David Bellamy for conservation for the last 5 years. Not only do you experience peace and quiet but also a diverse range of wild flowers, birds and different insects in many different habitats. Guests are actively encouraged to recycle waste and maintain a clean and quiet environment.
