Our family owned Sirena Lighthouse apartment is in a fantastic location, in a quiet area just off the Tomb of the Kings road in Paphos. With access to all local amenities (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops) whilst also being secluded. Blue Flag Lighthouse beach is just 250 yards down the road, and the apartment has a private veranda with a sea-view. For non beach lovers, the apartment has a swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds to take advantage of the year-round sunny Cyprus weather. Situated on the ground floor, and with additional access via a ramp, the apartment is ideal for families or those with walking difficulties. Brand new in 2008, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double) a fully-fitted kitchen with granite worktops, leather sofas (one of them a sofa-bed), iPod docks in both bedrooms and a flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. With off-road parking and only 20 minutes from the airport, it's ideal for those visiting Cyprus for a wedding.

The apartment is just off the main bus route and close to many tourist attractions including: * Tombs of the Kings * Aphrodite Water Park * Kato Paphos Archaeological Park * Paphos Aquarium * Paphos Harbour and Castle * Lighthouse Beach * 3 international standard Golf Courses. Paphos itself consists of two distinct areas, the Old Town which is situated on a hillside overlooking the sea, and the tourist area which is centred around the harbour area. The tourist area has hundreds of bars and restaurants, including Bar Street with lots of bars and clubs. There are also many traditional Cypriot tavernas serving local dishes. The Old Town has many market areas where local goods and produce can be purchased, and is well worth a visit. Slightly further afield are other places worth exploring such as Coral Bay Beach (a 15 minute bus ride away), the Troodos Mountains, Famagusta, Nicosia (the capital city), and other popular resorts such as Limassol, Ayia Napa and Protaras

  • We will reserve your chosen dates for three days with no obligation, to enable you to book flights. Please do not book any flights until you have received email confirmation from us that the dates are still available. We will also email you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions, to be returned to us with your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost. If you are unable to find any suitable flights, or you've simply changed your mind, just let us know and we'll release the dates.
  • We will also ask for £100 as a security deposit, to be sent with the balance of your payment eight weeks before travel. We will refund the £100 upon confirmation from our cleaning company that everything is in order and that there were no breakages or additional laundry or cleaning charges incurred.

Sayed here first 2 weeks of Oct 09 and had a wonderful time, the apartment was very well equipped with thought put in to extras i.e. hair straighteners, beach towls, books, dvd's, proper satellite tv (sky) ipod/mp3 speakers/docking stations, tea lights for outside at night etc. We had a fabulous holiday, the apartment is central to Kato Paphos and a car isn't strictly necessary, although we did hire one for a few days from Savvas (next to Damon Hotel). Martelli's Restaurant near to the Tomb of the Kings was great, as always and I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thanks Sue & Richard.

New Sirena Lighthouse Complex Paphos

We had a great holiday for the first 2 weeks in October 2008 in Sue and Richard's luxury apartment.

Getting to and from the complex from the airport by pre-booked taxi was no problem and took about 35/40 mins.

The accommodation is first class - modern, comfortable, well equipped with many thoughtful extras. There is plenty of helpful information about the locality in the apartment The pool area was very pleasant and well maintained.

The location could not be better and is suprisingly quiet to say it is so close to all the amenities - restaurants, takeaways, bars, bakery, bus stop, etc.

It is very easy to walk down to the sea where you can choose to walk either into Paphos (a leisurely 25 mins) on the new paved walk (great for pushchairs) or in the other direction. The walk straight through the town takes about 15 mins. The harbour and frontage at Pathos has benefited from recent improvements - sunset at the harbour is not to be missed!

We decided not to hire a car and found the Pathos area had plenty to offer either on foot or using the local bus service to the Old Town or the Coral Bay beaches.

We would like to return soon.
