Beautiful 3 bed house. Ground floor with lounge/diner, A/C. UK TV, DVD player and films, CD player. Full kitchen, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. + 1 twin room with shower/toilet/basin. 1st floor, 1 double, 1 twin plus 4 piece bathroom. Private communal pool, quiet location. Large private roof terrace for sun bathing & BBQ's with all furniture and loungers plus views over one of the salt lakes famous for their health qualities, enjoy the lake's tranquillity on a bike, horse or just walk. A short walk to 8 restaurants/bars, an Argentinian steak house, Indian, English & tapas plus Irish bar & food store, banks etc. 5 minutes from fabulous sandy beaches and Guardamar town with a wide variety of restaurants & shops. The bustle & nightlife of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes away to the South. Within 15 minutes are several golf courses: La Finca, La Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor, La Marquesa, & La Manga only 1 hour South.

Guardamar is popular with tourists and has a strong Spanish influence with many local restaurants and tapas bars. Prettier than other coastal towns, it has many shops, restaurants and bars, plus the beaches and parks. It is an historic town with many modern sporting / leisure facilities, including a large sports centre and pool. Go carts nearby. Large Sunday market nearby with a huge variety of stalls. As an alternative to the 14km of Blue Flag beaches with a number of beach bars, visit Alicante for fantastic shopping, or Murcia and Cartagena for large historic towns with plenty of interest. Torrevieja has extensive shopping with evening street markets, a fairground and pedestrianised sea front & smart marina. Visit water parks at Quesada or Torrevieja or the huge Aqualandia further North. El Rancho has a Olympic pool and horse riding, Mar Menor is 45 minutes to the South. Terra Mitica, Spain’s first real theme park is 1 hour to the North

We as a family of 5 had a really enjoyable stay at this property,very well described and was well maintained quiet and relaxing good communal pool and a short walk to the bars and restaurants.Fantastic tapas bar and very friendly, helpful neighbours would strongly recommend a visit to the beach, we would recommend this property to our friends.The owners were helpful and gave good customer service.
