DETAILS OF THE APARTMENT IN COSTA DO ESTORIL Well located apartment, sunny, only 4 min walking distance from the beautiful beach of Tamariz (Estoril main beach). 4 min walking from the train-station. 10 min walking to Cascais (historical fisherman's village). Being located in front of Casino Estoril and Congress Centre, you have the fun you need, but also the quiet relax with every resorts right next to you, just minutes away.

Two of us stayed in the apartment during the first week of July 2009. The apartment is in a great location, close to beach, public transport (which is great), lovely restaurants and the casino is directly across the road. The apartment is perfect for two/four people and it is very clean, the balcony is great and gets the sun in the morning.The owner is a lovely lady and is very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this property and hope to go back next year.
The only down part to Estoril is the night life is very quiet, not that we wanted anything mad, Caiscais is a short walk so maybe check out the night life there and the public transport runs up to 1am.
The area is vey safe and the people are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

A friend and I stayed in June and were very happy indeed with the apartment, which was lovely and sparcious. The descriptions were quite accurate; there was lots to look at from the veranda and we felt very secure both during the day and the night. Plenty of places to eat out nearby and easy access to public transport. Altogether a great holiday with a charming owner and her daughter.

our feedback should be used by other potencial clients in supporting their decision for renting this appartement. it should deliver also the information which are not visible in the actual description. we spent one week in this appartement during the sept. 2009. as each real estate, it has pluses & minuses.

on the positive side to be mentioned is the location near casino, restaurants, beach and golf courses. the appartement itself is clean and appart from kitchen and sanitary installations in a quite good condition. the local suport is very good.

on the negative side is to be mentioned that the flat is located in the first floor (in building with four floors) straight over two restaurants located in the ground floor. between the flat and casino you have large parking area with several hundred cars (looking in to google maps may help) . due to this position the enviroment is quite noisy. it improves after midnight when the casino closes.

so, we can imagine the flat can be attractive for people who do not go to bet before midnight and are less sensitive to street noice.
