Villa in established, quiet development but close to beach and restaurants
A ground floor 2 bedroom villa in an established complex with a shared pool, very quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and seafront shops and restaurants. The villa has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and heating for the winter. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, both with WC, one with a bath and bidet, the other with a shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. The Lounge/Diner opens onto the front terrace and has a flat screen TV, (basic Sky package), DVD, Radio/CD/cassette player. The front terrace has a built-in BBQ, shaded area with patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The full sized roof terrace has views over the sea and mountains and is fully equipped with tables chairs and loungers. There is private shaded parking immediately behind the villa.

Mojacar Playa in the province of Almeria, lying between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range is a relatively unspoiled, up market family holiday resort with no high-rise buildings, still popular with the Spanish holidaymakers. Mojacar enjoys a hot and dry climate with well over 5km of easily accessible “Blue Flag” beaches. One km inland, perched on a hill, is Mojacar Pueblo, a traditional Andalucian white village, with its narrow winding cobbled streets, bars, restaurants and wonderful views. The surrounding area is mountainous and desert-like including the Cabo de Gata National Park, and the Tabernas Desert. The fishing town of Garrucha is 3km away and boasts some great fish restaurants. For family fun, “Mini-Hollywood” is a short drive away, as is the Vera Aqua Park. For golfers there are four good courses within 30 minutes drive, whilst for the more adventurous, Granada and the Sierra Nevada with its skiing are only a 2 - 3 hour drive away.
