The villa is located in a peaceful, secluded area called Ayia Marina. There are views of the mountains to the rear of the villa and to the front, sea views from the pool or sun terrace. The beach is just 300 meters away and perfect for walking or jogging. It is very natural and unspoilt. The scenery is breathtaking. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a mini supermarket. The picturesque town of polis is 10 minutes drive away with an abundance of fine local restaurants and shops. There is a karting track just outside Polis. Latchi is about a 15 minute drive which has a beautiful marina and more restaurants and shops. Both Polis and Latchi have a PADI diving center where you can take boats out and dive, snorkel, jetski and sail. At certain times of the year it is possible to see giant turtles as they lay their eggs on the beach. Nearby Akamas is a vast nature reserve perfect for cycling and walking with breathtaking views of Chrysochou Bay.
