This comfortable, charming and high standard villa is in Vista Alegre (private domain with 24/24 h security guards) and near famous beaches (Cala d'Es Torrent, d'Es Xarco and Cala Jondal). 20 minutes driving from Ibiza town. It is built on 2700 m² of land, entirely fenced with two entrances (electric gate, alarm, safe) and with a large Mediterranean garden. From any part of the villa, it is a fabulous view on Porroig, Cap des Falco and Formentera. The very large terrace has an 'infinity' style swimming pool (7 x 4.5 meters) and a part is covered (157 m²) with living area, dining area, kitchen, bar and barbeque, with fans. The villa (312 m²) includes a very large living room bright with sea view, a sitting room of 12 seats, plasma TV (107) and home cinema sound. Air conditioning and satellite TV. Well equipped kitchen.

The streets are very, very quiet. Both are dead end. The villa and the garden are well l protected from any inquisitive eyes.The privacy is complete.But the villa is not all isolated.
