This spacious four bed, two bathroom apartment has a large terrace overlooking a shared swimming pool and garden area. It is built to a high standard with marble floors throughout. A Mitsubishi air cooling and heating system supplemented by radiators make this a year-round option. The lounge has a 26 inch Sony flat screen LCD TV with a selection of Spanish, British and German channels a DVD player and music system. The resort is built around a Dave Thomas designed 18 hole golf course which was inaugurated in 2007. Reductions on green fees are available. The club house has quality bars and a restaurant open through the day. A car is necessary as the resort is spread out but the extensive beach and restaurant amenities of the area are only a few minutes drive away.

Located in one of the sunniest areas of Spain, the Roda Golf and Beach Resort is within a few minutes drive of the beaches of Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, a warm salt-water lagoon offering ideal shallow swimming for children. Los Alcazares is a long established Spanish family holiday area with extensive beaches, a 15 km promenade and beach-side bars and restaurants. Roda Golf has its own beach resort which can be reached by bus shuttle and ferry across the Mar Menor. The world-famous La Manga Club is within half an hour's drive and picturesque fishing village Cabo de Palos ten minutes further on. The historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are also within easy reach for shopping or an evening on the town. Granada, with the famoursLa Alhambra Moorish palace, can be reached within about three and a half hour's drive.
