Casa Real is a self-catering 5 bedroom villa on the outskirts of San Antonio. With only a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops . There is a large fitted kitchen with oven, hob , fridge freezer, and microwave. Adjacent to this room is a seperate laundry room with washing machine and airer. The lounge has dvd player, cable tv with WiFi access. On the ground floor there is a family room which has a double bed and set of bunk beds with a shower room next door. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite master room, 1 double and 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom. Outside is a barbecue area and seating area for up to 10 people. The pool is for sole use for guests with a wooden decking area for sunbathing and a hot-tub.

Myself and some friends stayed for 1 week at this villa. It was an excellent place to stay, as it was in a convenient, quiet location close to the San Antonio resort. It was well equipped with a great pool and BBQ area. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us staying. The villa was very clean and well maintained on arrival. We all enjoyed the week and are definitely looking to stay here again next year. We recommend this villa to groups of all ages wanting to stay in Ibiza because the location is suitable for lively and relaxing holidays.
We would like to thank Dave, Tracey, Floyd and Alan for their hospitality.

Wow, wow, wow

I first took a holiday at Casa Real with five friends in 2006 and the first words out of our mouths were "Oh my God". The villa is stunning and we found the five bedrooms to be clean, spacious and comfortable. We even (almost) had a bathroom each. The lounge and dining area are ample and the large kitchen and BBQ area gave us the choice of whether to eat out or not. The villa also boasts a private pool and jacuzzi, which were a welcome treat at the end of a long day on the beach.
Since 2006 I have been back to Ibiza twice, both times staying at Casa Real. It's like home now and always feels welcoming. The Spar supermarket is only 2 mins away on foot and has long opening hours for those essential items & the beech is only a 5 min walk away and seems to be a favourite with both families, groups and locals alike. (and it's always clean! bonus)
There are a variety of bars, restaurants and shops in and around San Antonio which we tend to walk to, and taking a push chair out has never been a problem as everywhere nearby is reasonably flat.
There is a bus station in the centre of town and you can catch a bus to the other side of the island for around 4 Euro. (This can take about an hour though, as it is a regular bus route that islanders use for commuting etc so make sure to get a seat if possible)
We found the villa to be ideally suited for those who like the quieter side of a holiday as it is situated on a residential street, away from the noise of the harbour where most of the late night bars are situated. However, for those who do like to burn the candle at both ends, these bars are only a 20 minute walk along the sea front and include the world famous Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar - make sure you go and watch the sun set.. not to be missed. San Antonio is also home to club Eden and Es Paradis.
From the Harbour I would reccomend catching a water taxi up to Port de Torrent and walking back along the waterfront or road (takes about 45 mins) where you will find lots of gift shops and some English bars showing the football and offering "pub grub", if you find you can't live without it. Or you can do a spot of Para-sailing if you're a bit of a thrill seeker.
I have always enjoyed my stays at Casa Real and can't wait for my next visit.

Fantastic Weekend Away

Everything that was mentioned within the advert and more.
We were 9 lads looking for somebody to give us a chance and provide quality accomodation for a stag party. We found the villa to have everything we needed and the location was just right. It was so easy to just walk straight into the centre of what San Antontio had to offfer. It was also far enough out that it was quiet and relaxing and what with all the facilities available at the villa we could just sit by the pool during the day and plan our evenings entertainment. Eventhough there was a fair few of us, sleeping arrangements were comfortable and all the rooms were very airy etc, The kitchen was a great size, again for the amount fo people we had, as was the outer area by the pool and barbecue. Everything was exactly as descibed and communication between the customer and the rental company went very smoothly. As per below I would reccomend this villa for pretty much any combination or type of travelling party. I cannot thank Tracey enough for being so kind as to give us a chance when no-one else really would. Our family and friends will definately be booking in the future. The whole experience including the famous Ibiza sunsets and the Carnival style nightlife, even out of season made this the best 3 days we could ever have hoped for. We travelled May 01st 2009 - May 03rd. Still plenty of nightlife and things to do.
