A perfect apartment for holidays and discovering the Cote D'Azur
An ideal summer rental in centre of Cannes on the ground floor with its own terrace and a shared swimming pool. Also a great location for all the conferences in the Palais. The bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double and in the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed. A well equiped compact kitchen for self catering. There is an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet with basin.Eat al fresco on the terrace equipped with an awning for the hot summer days and evenings. Discover the Cote D'Azur by train along the coast to Antibes, Nice Monaco and even venture into Italy and the Friday market. Enjoy the beaches with there many water sports activities or just relax on a sunbed with a cocktail or two! Sample the many famous restaurants in Cannes especially the local fish dishes and if you are self catering visit the local produce market which has all local suppliers. Have a trip on one of the many ferries out of Cannes visiting the islands or down to St Tropez.

This apartment is ideal for both holiday and business trips as it is located behind the Hotel Martinez. You would be only a 10 minute walk away from the Palais des Festivales. Take a trip to the many hilltop villages around Cannes, including Valbonne, Mougins and of course Grasse the capital of the perfume industry. Here you can visit the perfume factories and see how the perfume is made. Travel a little further inland to the Gorges de Verdon which is the second largest gorge in the world and where you can hire a canoe to appreciate its fantastic views. If you are feeling adventurous try Paragliding off the mountain tops - on a clear day you can see the beach of Cannes.If your pastime is Golf there are many courses to try your skills at. If your passion is sailing you can hire a boat and visit the islands off of Cannes, visit Juan les Pins or even St Tropez.
