The historical town of Bergerac just 15mins drive and large supermarket just 10mins drive down through beautiful vineyards. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. Modern newly fitted well equipped kitchen including a range cooker & dishwasher. Additional information about rental rates

  • DEPOSIT - A deposit of 25% is required to confirm each booking. The balance must be received 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellation by guests should be given as soon as possible and will be at the loss of deposits paid. If cancellation occurs after the balance has been received, the full amount will be withheld. It is therefore advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover allow eventualities. If we are able to re-book (which we will do our best to do) we will return all monies except those expended in achieving a replacement booking. if for unseen reasons, the house has been withdrawn from rent, the proprietors must reserve the right to cancel and will advise the tenants immediately, if possible offering alternative and equal accommodation. If this is not possible all monies will be returned forthwith. METHOD OF PAYMENT - Sterling Cheque made payable to D I & G M Litchfield.

  • A maintenance bond to cover damage and breakage is required on arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure, providing the house is clean and no damage or breakages have occurred. Any damages or breakages should be rectified if possible, but in any event the proprietors shall be informed before guests leave. Any problems with the property shall be reported as soon as possible. The number of people staying in the property must not exceed the number noted on the contract, unless prior arrangement with the proprietors. Period of possession is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Bedding and towels are provided.
