Additional information about rental rates

  • All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $250 deposit or 20% which ever is greater.

    Visa and MasterCard are accepted for deposit.

    Please note there is an addtitional $35 booking fee and 11% Florida Tax

    The balance due is payable by check 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 60 days if greater than a 4 week reservation. Guests outside US may pay by Visa/Mastercard


    We will ask for a damage/extra cleaning agreement to be signed on arrival in lieu of a damage deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice of less than ninety (90) days, the deposit will only be returned if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate.

    Cancellations less than 90 days: the rental fee will be forfeited unless we can rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate.

    Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation plus a $35 non-refundable booking fee when deposit is refunded.

The condo was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us and the accomodations were plentiful. The owners have beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, bikes, etc. We were very lucky to have chosen this unit for our vacation. It was truly a great time had by all. Thanks!
