Notes to the rental rates

• PLEASE READ FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
  Occupancy: - A maximum of 6 people are allowed in any one booking.
  Damage & Breakages: - A refundable deposit of £150 is required for each booking and is payable with the final invoice. This deposit will be refunded after the keys have been returned to our representative and the property has been checked over. Following satisfactory departure inspection your deposit will usually be returned within 7 working days.
  Cleaning & Laundry: – Please ensure the apartment is left clean & tidy. Please leave all used linen and towels in one of the bathrooms.
  Smoking: We do not permit smoking in the apartment.

Beaches

The wide, open sandy beaches of both the Spanish & Portuguese Algarve are within 10 - 15 minutes drive away. Most of the beaches have ample parking and beach bars and restaurants are never far from your chosen beach. Of particular note is the wide sandy beach at Isla Canela (approximately 15 mins. drive) where the shallow waters stretch way out making it a great, safe spot for children.

Golf Information:

Property located on Costa Esuri complex. Just a few minutes walk from the first of two 18 hole golf courses on site. Non members and non playing guests are welcome to use the golf club restaurant and bars. There are many other fantastic courses (5 within 15 mins) both in Spain & Portugal., including the fantastic Jack Nicolas designed Monte Rei, You are also able to book tee times in advance for most of the local courses via our website. COMPLIMENTARY - One full set of golf clubs is available for the exclusive use of my guests during their stay.
