This lovely Garden Apartment is light and airy and comfortably furnished. It is in a small, low-rise development with it's own private garden. The accommodation comprises of a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a good sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and separate shower room. The lounge/dining room leads on to a covered terrace and small garden with table, chairs and two loungers. The apartment and its garden are safe, secure and child-friendly. The garden is enclosed by a hedge for privacy and the gate which leads directly out into the pool area can be secured on both sides for extra child safety. The well-maintained communal gardens and pool are exclusive to residents. As these flats are mainly residential it is not unusual to have the pool to yourself during working hours. The pool has a separate shallow area for small children. A parking space is reserved for the apartment.

The apartment is conveniently situated less than 500 metres from the lively and attractive port of Javea. The historic old town of Javea, the pueblo, is approximately 1km in the opposite direction. Its narrow streets and covered market are definitely worth a visit. In the port area, you will find a wide variety of shops, including two supermarkets. Along the promenade there is a good choice of bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. It's pebble beach is lovely for swimming off and ideal for sand-free sunbathing and sandwiches! There is often a diving platform during the summer. The main sandy beach, the Arenal, is a 5 minute drive away and linked to the port by a road train in summer and bus all year round. The Arenal has a wide sandy beach which is very popular with families. It has a lively atmosphere, particularly in the evening, with its good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Two excellent golf courses are 15 minutes away by car.

  • Please note that there is a security deposit of £150 to be paid with final holiday payment. The rental of a cot, high chair or extra bed can be arranged at a weekly charge. A food package can be provided for your arrival.
    If you would like to stay in our appartment between October and March for a period of over 4 weeks I would be happy to lower the rental to £550 per month excluding bills and laundry.

This is a delightful, comfortable and spacious garden apartment suitable for both family holidays and for couples and friends. It's location is ideal as it is within walking distance of the hustle and bustle and amenities of both the port area and the pueblo so that a car is not a necessity and individual members of your group can get about independently. The apartment is set in beautifully maintained gardens so you have the choice of relaxing in the privacy of your own garden or stepping through the gate into the communal garden by the pool. You can always find sun or shade to relax in. This is our family holiday home so we have made it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We love being able to wander in and out of the pool area without always having to lock up, go down a flight of stairs or spend 5 minutes getting to the pool while carrying various books, towels and snacks for the children!

We stayed with our three teenage children at the apartment for a week in May, the weather was wonderful & Javea is lovely.
The apartment is walking distance from the centre, really well equipped & very comfortable. It is light, bright & very big. We loved it. We were welcomed in a friendly & helpful way & everything was clear. The pool is just outside the garden, (which was great to have) & was clean & very quiet.
The local restaurants were lovely & there were also plenty of local shops, two supermarkets, bakers etc.
We hope to return soon & have no hesitation in recommending it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
