The villa offers a very spacious open light floor plan, recently built to a high standard offering private pool and garden area, 4 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms, toilet, independent large kitchen, 2 lounge areas sofa beds, terraces, a wooden house with pool table, air conditioner throughout, outdoor bathroom and shower facilities. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets at the sea front. Local train station only 5 minutes walking distance from the house, direct connection to malaga airport.

This beautiful villa is in Torreblanca/Fuengirola. A family orientated resort in the Costa del sol. The villa is only 300 metres walking distance to the beach and the promenade of Fuengirola which stretches for 4 miles it offers variety of international restaurants, bars and discotheques, shops supermarkets and many other amenities. The town offers a variety of shops including the Myramar shopping mall with cinemas offering films in English and you will also fing Corte Ingles department store offering a great choice of International stores and an excellent supermarket. Fuengirola is home to a great zoo, and also an Aquapark, popular with adults and kids. Malaga city is only a short drive away or you can go by train which is only a 30 minute ride. Train station is 5 minute walking distance from the villa. Marbella and Puerto banus are also a short drive away as is the beautiful white village of Mijas only a 15 minute drive.

Ski: Sierra Nevada is approximately 2 hours rom this location and is known to have snow up to the first week in may. This mostly undiscovered ski resort is known for skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon.

Golf: There are now more than 60 Costa del Sol Golf Courses stretching from Sotogrande in the west to Antquera in the east and they all have one thing in common - the fantastic sunny and dry climate allowing golfers to play all year round. For those who are used to playing golf in the cold and wet of a northern European winter it will be a real luxury to play on a Costa del Sol winter's day. There are Costa del Sol golf courses to suit all levels of players and they are set in some beautiful surroundings, many with views of the sea and mountain.
