The Villa is located at the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa, a Triple AAA(3 diamonds) & The Guild of Florida Owners (5 star) rated resort. The resort is the perfect choice for families, combining the facilities of a resort with the privacy and independence of a private villa. We are located very close to Orlando’s Theme Parks, 10 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes to Universal & Seaworld. A shuttle service to the Theme parks is available. The Villa is only 2 minute walk from the pool complex and clubhouse, located in a quite street. The pool complex has a children's slide and lazy river whilst the club house bar & restaurant offers the perfect retreat after a long day at the parks. The villa has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, the 2 master bedrooms are en suite with the twins sharing the 3rd bathroom.The Master bedroom upstairs has a huge king size bed and large bath with shower, it also has has a walk-in wardrobe. The second master is downstairs and has en suite facilities.

Regal palms is located on Hwy.27 in Davenport, 10 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Universal & Seaworld. Orlando International Airport is just 40 mins drive with Sanford 50 mins. LESS than a 2 minute walk from the resort is a large Publix Supermarket selling everything you could possibly need for a villa holiday. On the same site there is Chinese & Pizza take out restaurants, plus a new Applebee's home style restaurant. There is also a bank, post office and pharmacy. Approx 5 minutes drive on the Hwy.192 there is an abundance of restaurants, including the Outback, KW Kools, Hoolighans, Carabbas, Kobe Japanese plus many many more, all great value and quality food. There are many restaurants to cater for everyone's taste If it's shopping you want then visit the one of the many malls Orlando has to offer from upmarket Mall at Millenia, to one of the many Outlet Malls. Daytona Beach, Tampa, Gulf coast and the vibrant city of Miami are easily accessible by car.

This townhome is very nicely decorated. It is kept up very well. It has all the amenities of home. I was very impressed with the supplies and the decoration. The resort is excellent. The pool area is fantastic and will keep the kids occupied for days. The restaurant is very convenient, good and reasonable. The Publix and Applebees on the corner were so convenient. This vacation was very budget friendly with a four bedroom condo with a kitchen and entertainment. We will be back!

4 WEEKS AT REGAL PALMS

We stayed in the Regal Palms for 4 weeks(July 09). We really enjoyed our stay there, the house is lovely and only a couple of minutes walk from the Club house.It has all you need with large bedrooms and comfy beds with Tv's in two rooms and A/C throughout.The pool is great with a lazy river, slide, jacuzzi and seperate swimming area.I would highly recommend this house to anyone planning a stay in Florida and hope to stay there again in future.

Great Town Home for Family at Orlando

We've had a very great time in this Town Home during our vacation in Orlando. We where a family of 4, and went to Orlando, Cape Canaveral and also went to see Universal Studio's and Sea World,
Its easy to drive from Regal Palms to these different locations and after the tours we had a luxery Home to go back to and relax some. The rooms are large and clean,
also the fact that there are 3 bathrooms is very nice.

It was our first time in the USA but we will come back to see more.

We have just come back after having a fantastic time. The Villa is in excellent condition and the pictures don't do it enough justice - it is much bigger than I imagined. The decoration is flawless throughout. The resort itself was really great - we all really loved the pool complex - my children especially! It was all really spotless. The resort restaurant was really nice and good value for money. I had been in contact with Graham about a few things before we went and he was excellent. Ideally located for all amenities - we really hope to be able to go back there soon

A wonderful family escape

We had a fantastic time at Regal Palms and in particular our townhome unit was impeccable. The resort and this townhome were perfect for families with young children. It had all the room we needed, and was furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and appliances and the overall appearance of the house was modern, neat and comfortable. The photos of the unit do not do justice to the house. Our kids could not get enough of the slide and lazy river! The unit was located within walking distance of the clubhouse. The clubhouse staff were very helpful. Overall, we'd be happy to come and stay again. Thank you Graeme!
