Luxury Town Home at Regal Palms Orlando

The Villa is located at the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa, a Triple AAA(3 diamonds) & The Guild of Florida Owners (5 star) rated resort. The resort is the perfect choice for families, combining the facilities of a resort with the privacy and independence of a private villa. We are located very close to Orlandos Theme Parks, 10 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes to Universal & Seaworld. A shuttle service to the Theme parks is available. The Villa is only 2 minute walk from the pool complex and clubhouse, located in a quite street. The pool complex has a children's slide and lazy river whilst the club house bar & restaurant offers the perfect retreat after a long day at the parks. The villa has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, the 2 master bedrooms are en suite with the twins sharing the 3rd bathroom.The Master bedroom upstairs has a huge king size bed and large bath with shower, it also has has a walk-in wardrobe. The second master is downstairs and has en suite facilities.

Regal palms is located on Hwy.27 in Davenport, 10 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Universal & Seaworld. Orlando International Airport is just 40 mins drive with Sanford 50 mins. LESS than a 2 minute walk from the resort is a large Publix Supermarket selling everything you could possibly need for a villa holiday. On the same site there is Chinese & Pizza take out restaurants, plus a new Applebee's home style restaurant. There is also a bank, post office and pharmacy. Approx 5 minutes drive on the Hwy.192 there is an abundance of restaurants, including the Outback, KW Kools, Hoolighans, Carabbas, Kobe Japanese plus many many more, all great value and quality food. There are many restaurants to cater for everyone's taste If it's shopping you want then visit the one of the many malls Orlando has to offer from upmarket Mall at Millenia, to one of the many Outlet Malls. Daytona Beach, Tampa, Gulf coast and the vibrant city of Miami are easily accessible by car.
