Villa Tres Palmeras is a quite superb holiday villa situated in the quiet undeveloped north of rural Lajares.
It is extremely well maintained with a spacious fully equiped modern dining kitchen which accesses directly onto the covered pool side patio, which features a further large dining table. If you are not seeking the privacy of your bedroom or personal time out in the central courtyard or external gardens, this area is holiday H.Q. with everything you need for comfort and relaxation all in one place.
A car is pretty much essential for island sight seeing or for easy access to the miles of beaches and lagoons at nearby El Cotillo. However you can reach the centre of Lajares in a twenty minute stroll or the nearest bus stop in only ten minutes, buses are pretty good on the island.
Great, friendly places to eat in Lajares, El Roque and El Cotillo and all within ten minutes drive.
If you yearn for a slightly more 'Holiday Brit' sort of place then Corralejo is only twenty minutes away to the north with good shops and bars and retaurantes galore. It boasts more fine beaches which are a wind surfers mecca plus the famous dunes, from the harbour there is a quick ferry service to Lanzerote or the mystical Isla des Lobos.
Villa Tres Palmeras is a spacious holiday centre par excellence, for island tourists, walkers, photographers, water sports people or those who just want to 'chill out' by the pool or on the beach, with or without the kids.
It is so brilliant we are returning this year with a larger group of friends.
One warning! If the flesh pots are your holiday thing then this is not for you but then neither is Fuerteventura really.
