Béatrice and Ludovic were the most friendly owners we met. Before we booked, all our questions were promptly answered by phone or email. They gave us very good ideas in planning our stay in the Cotes D'Azur region. We saw some places that were just lovely which we had not heard of. They are conveniently located on a bus line, and based on their suggestion we used the city bus to get to Nice center. Ludovic was even kind enough to help us with some car problems. The sofa bed was very comfortable and they even brought down an iron I requested. Kitchen is well equipped, but lacks some condiments. We ate breakfast at nearby restaurants within walking distance. Good value for the money.

Very Enjoyable Stay

I would like to express our thanks to Beatrice and Ludovic for their warm welcome. Our stay in the apartment is very enjoyable. The place is clean and location is excellent for visiting different places of the Cote D'Azur region. I would highly recomment this to any body wanting a warm and reasonably priced place to stay to contact Beatrice.

Great stay

Apartment is located in a pretty good place in Saint Lauren Du Var which is only a few km away from center of Nice. The entrance is opened to a small but nice garden. The living room has two sofabeds, a satellite TV, a dining table and a good kitchenette. There is also a storage room.

The landlords are very friendly and helpful. On the day of our arrival, we are offered not only beer and tonic but also a free private parking space at the site and a high-speed wireless internet connection. We enjoyed the place and offer to everyone.

myself and my husband had a wonderful week in nice, this appartment was lovely, clean, well presented, had all the basic amenities that you will need, the owners of the appartment Beatrice and Ludovic were fantastic, they were very friendly upon our arrival, and continued to be very hospitable during our stay, they looked after us and they are around if you need them but also leave you to your privacy,we shared a bottle of wine one evening and they made us some french nibbles and a cake on our last night which was fantastic, they have a wonderful little garden so sit in, and its very safe and secure, we hired a car which i would reccommend, the walk isnt that far to the harbour but to go anywhere elso its more convenient, also the parking is right outside the apartment. its near the main routes to everywhere , old town, antibes, cannes, st tropez, its pretty and quiet ideal for couples in need of a break, the restaurants at the harbour were ok very expensive tho, but most things are as we found, the beach was nice, but to hire the sunbeds on the private beach is expensive 20 euros pp per day!!! only did that one day!!! we just gatecrashed the end of the private beach with our towels next day!!!! over all this was a wonderful apartment and would reccommend highly, and you cannot get better hosts in my experience, value for money, fantastic , hope to return soon,
