A 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom town home with a hot tub situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee. This beautiful home is furnished to a very high standard and a perfect for smaller families wanting a base for their vacation. The home has tile throughout the ground floor, helping to keep the feel to the house nice and cool. The three bedrooms upstairs have beautiful linens. The block-paved yard, with hot tub, is walled both sides with a gate at the back giving guests a view of the lake. The home is only one house away from the community clubhouse, so has the added bonus of being an extremely short walk from all the facilities - almost like having a pool in the yard. Terre Verde is a guarded security resort and has a community pool, tiki bar, concierge service, fitness room, sauna, games room and wireless internet.

It is ideally located with Orlando International Airport just 24 miles (45 minutes drive), the gates of Disney World Resort 15 minutes and Universal Studios 25 minutes away.
