Modern Two Bedroomed Fully Air Conditioned Apartment on the second floor in Port Grimaud. Access to the Apartment can be gained by the Stairs or Lift. The apartment has One Bedroom with a Double bed Fitted Wardrobes and 2 chests. The Second Bedroom has Two Single beds & One Fold up Bed Two Chests and Fitted Wardrobes, the en-suite comprises of Shower Wash Basin & Toilet, Washing Machine and a Hairdryer. The second Bathroom contains a Shower Toilet Wash Basin, and Hairdryer. The Kitchenette has a Dishwasher, Fridge, Hob, Microwave/Oven Toaster, Grilling Machine. there is also a second Fridge available. The Living Area has a Dining Table that seats 4 and opens up to seat 8. The settee converts in to a good sized double Bed, There is a TV with Sky Channels, DVD Player, Music system, I-Pod Dock and a selection of Books and DVDs; an Iron & Ironing Board are available for your use. The Balcony overlooks the Swimming Pool and the river and has a table & Four Chairs.

Port Grimaud offers the option of a gentle boat ride around its waterways or you can take the water Taxi into nearby St Tropez or St Maxime. The golden sandy beach, Hypermarket, Crazy Golf, and Summertime Funfair are all within walking distance of the accommodation. From the main entrance to the port you can also enjoy the Little Train ride through the Vine yards and up to the Old Village of Grimaud where you can spend time wandering around the castle or just simply take in the breath taking views Visit Gassin the pretty village with it`s panoramic views of St Tropez and its beautiful bay, and delightful Cafes.     A Security deposit of £150.00 per week will be required and returned in full once keys/car pass are returned and confirmation from the Cleaning company has been received that no damage has occurred to the property or contents.
    Payment can be made in euros by Bank Transfer our French account, or in equivelant Sterling currency as per currency coverter to our U.K. account by cheque or Bank transfer.

Perfect Holiday

The Appartment was perfect, it was clean and there was all you needed to get a perfect holyday and what should we have done whitout the aircon i was just great. Some like the pool some like the beach, but the pool and the area around were clean and we used it very much, perfekt place to relax, the beach is fine but the water are not so clean and just look at those boats/yachts its like a dream. Port Grimaud are beautiful and you find many restaurants, bars etc.it's very nice. Shopping are not very far from there. We have tryed many Appartments but this was just excellent and we will be back and we will recommend this Appartment to others. Thank you Julie and Peter.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

But at least we have the satifaction of knowing that other people enjoy the area as much as we do, and the weather has been fantastic.

perfect holiday

The apartment was everything as advertised and more. It was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was great. We used our dinghy to get around and found this to be the best way of seeing the area. We had a wonderful time. It is a great place to relax around the pool which was kept really spotless, or if you wanted a bit more of a livelier scene, there were plenty of restaurants and shops to visit not very far away. A great holiday and we will definitely be going back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

fabulous time in port grimaud

Excelent holiday all facilities in the apartment were of a high standard, the airconditioning was especially welcomed with the wonderful weather that we experienced during our stay.Pool was superb and very well maintained.
Port Grimaud and the surronding area with its many beaches and enchanting villages spoilt you for choice when deciding where to visit.Monaco by train from Saint-Rapael along the coast is a must as was Saint-Tropez by car but do avoid the rush hour.We look forward to visiting the area again
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We have recently upgraded the Apartment with a new oven, hob, Stair carpet and redecoration which we believe does make a difference.
Satisfied Customers enjoy a happier holiday.
You are right about the pool at our last residents meeting we decided to employ a lady to clean the pool area, pool toilet, and the sun lounges more frequently and during the very busy period we have this year as a pilote scheme agreed to pay for some one to monitor activities around the pool so every one can enjoy the surroundings.

We had a great holiday and your Apartment was perfect. The weather Gods were extremely kind to us and we managed to fit in a number of day trips including Monaco which was absolutely stunning.
The highlight of the holiday for me was taking a trip around the Monaco F1 circuit in a Ferrari. The girls simply enjoyed relaxing by the pool and eating out each evening at one of the many restaurants located around Port Grimaud, their favourite being the one on the beach.
Our sincere thanks. I look forward to visiting Port Grimaud again in the not too distant future.
