Lovely apartment of 120m² in high standard building, completely renovated, furnished and equipped. Situated on the hills of Nice with a large swimming pool and children' pool surrounded by a neatly trimmed park under the sun in a quiet area. The beaches of Nice within 500m, all amenities within 150m. Living room with two sofas, satellite-TV and French windows opening onto the tastefully equipped terrace with a view over the park and a glimpse of the sea. Open plan kitchen equipped with dish-washer, electric cook top, oven, micro-wave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 bedrooms: two 160cm double beds and two 90cm single beds. Separate office with a single sofabed. Bathroom, shower room with toilet and a separate toilet. Garage for one car. No pets allowed. Damage deposit: 1500Euros.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feets, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
