Situated in the old medieval old town, a charming studio apartment with large balcony providing views across old Antibes. A few minutes stroll takes you to the main square, beach, yacht harbour, Provencal market, restaurants and shops. The apartment, accessible by lift and stairs, is on the second floor. It has charmingly furnished dining and sitting areas, an American-style kitchen, a WC and separate bathroom with bath and shower. Linen and towels are provided. There is a large balcony which provides a peaceful open air living space, ideal for outside dining. Antibes is also an ideal base for touring the Cote d'Azur with a direct rail link to St. Tropez, Cannes, Monnaco, Nice and into Italy. There is also a direct bus link to Nice International Airport.

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.

Perfect Holiday

We have been to Antibe before, so know what a wonderful place it is, but staying at this apartment made it feel even more special. It is really central to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops etc. yet is still quiet and peaceful in the apartment. The train station is also close by, which makes it an ideal base for exploring the nearby attractions of Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo, Ville Franche....the list goes on! The apartment has everything you will need, and has a really French feel to it. It is small but perfectly formed! There is a really helpful guide in the apartment with info on local restaurants and attractions, and guests are invited to add to this. The highlight for us was the balcony, which has an amazing view overlooking the rooftops, and we spent many a night there chilling out with a glass of wine and nibbles from the local markets. Total bliss! Antibe has something for everyone, and you won't find a better situated and more comfortable apartment than this. Enjoy! We certainly did.

just had a fantastic week in antibes and stayed at this appartment which my wife and i found very clean and perfectly situated very close to the old town. we have stayed in antibes twice before in newer properties but not as homely and as nice as this. the owner has done well to make it very comfy and supplying every thing you would need, books, iron, etc to much to list really. we also found john the owner to be extremmely helpful when booking and advising on travel arrangements. we have just recommended it to family and will be using again ourselves

An ideal holiday

We could not have had a better holiday. The apartment is ideally situated in the old town of Antibes near the restaurants and the beach. It is a well furnished apartment with a great balcony to sit and have breakfast or sip a glass of wine, read a book and watch the world go by. I would recommend this apartment and Antibes to everyone who is looking for a holiday to get your blood pressure down and chill out. It is well situated to visit towns of Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo or just wander round the beautiful streets of Antibes stopping in at the quaint shops or have a drink in one of the many bars.

We had a great time and I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone wanting wonderful weather in an atmospheric town.

The apartment is ideally placed for the beaches, marina, public transport, shops and generally strolling about. It is compact and thoughtfully furnished. The main building is clean and quiet. Balcony is great - looks out onto a peaceful scene of rooftops. There is a great variety of restaurants to suit all pockets closeby but we enjoyed self catering as we were spoilt for choice with all the local food suppliers.

This well furnished apartment provides everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It is ideally based close to the shops, market, beach and restaurants. You can enjoy all these ameneties then return to the apartment to relax and enjoy a glass of french wine or some local produce whilst sitting on the amazing balcony with breathtaking open view. The balcony which enjoys the sun all day was our favourite part of the apartment. The owner has a comments book with loads of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit which was really useful and informative. Well worth a visit. We hope to return this year.
