We call it 'La Collinetta' because it is on the hillside, submerged in greenery, peaceful, but at the same time very close to the centre of the most famous tourist resort on Lake Como, Bellagio, so that after a day of enjoying the busy life of the town and visiting the beautiful gardens and villas, or after a boat cruise on Lake Como, you will be able to walk home and relax in the garden. This is a new comfortable apartment in Bellagio, the pearl of the lake of Como, just 5 minutes walking from the historic centre. Very close to shopping area, supermarket, bus stop and touristic train stop. Only 100 m from the sporting centre, with solarium, swimming pool, tennis court, beachvolley, bar and very good restaurant. The apartment has one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room with two single sofa beds!and a communal garden.

The 'Collinetta' apartment is only a 30 minute fast ferry ride away from Cernobbio where the world famous Grand Hotel Villa D'Este is to be found and also the Villa Erba, congress and exhibition center. The city of Como is a 50 drive or 40 minutes by the fast ferry and of course Como is the silk capital of Italy so there are many silk factory outlets and a very interesting silk museum to visit. Milan is 50 kms away (1 hours drive), so it is ideal for combining a holiday with the world famous 'Monza Grand Prix' (held at the beginning of September), or any other sporting or business event you may wish to attend in Milan. Lake Como is famous for its villas and gardens, Bellagio, is home to the Villa Serbelloni, belonging to the Rockefeller foundation of New York and also the Villa Melzi, built in 1800. You can visit the gardens of both these villas Bellagio is known as the 'pearl' of lake como, with it's elegant shops and lake front cafès, it is paradise, welcoming worldwide visitors
