Stunning property in Deia, a village considered as one of the most beautiful areas on the island. With amazing views over the Tramuntana Mountains, this pretty house has been very well kept and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It has two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace on the top floor. The ground floor has a nice living-room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has its own private garden with a big terrace and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Beautifully decorated, air conditioning, Satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and lots more. One minutes walk to the heart of the village and within a short distance to the beach. 1 parking space available.

There are plenty of things to do at Deia. The church on the top of the hill is a must see due to its amazing views to the sea and the mountains. It also has a cute little cemetery worth seeing. For those who like swimming or sunbathing, the beach is very near. There are excellent restaurants in the village, bars, a small supermarket. Excellent location to relax. Plenty of places to go on excursion and hiking. Between Deia and Valldemossa you will find the Monastery of Miramar and Son Marroig which is one of the properties that used to own Archduke Ludwig Salvatore of Austria. You can visit the museum and enjoy the Deia International Festival. Valldemossa is another beautiful village within a short drive from Deia.

Casa Deya is located in one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca and is a wonderful place to stay. We only had a short time there, just less than a week, but we enjoyed every minute. The house is in a tremendous position with stunning views over the village. Everything in the holiday rental description was accurate and the house is well maintained and kept to a high standard. The house is in a quite area and has a good outside eating area and small garden. Inside, the decor is very tasteful and has lots of character. We were particularly impressed with the effective air conditioning - a real bonus when the temperature is in the 30's.We were greeted on arrival by the owner's representatives who were very friendly and helpful. They also came to say goodbye at the end of our stay and we thanked them for their kind attention. We would recommend this property to others and we have also intend to stay here again in the future. Anyone staying here will probably need to hire a car to get around. There are plenty of restaurants in the village within walking distance and the village shop sells almost anything you need. An excellent place!
