  • A security deposit of £200 is required to confirm your booking. This will be returned to you in full, upon the property being inspected after your departure, and the keys are returned to the owner.

    Any damage/breakages/ lost keys will be deducted from the deposit. This will also act as a cancellation deposit and will not be refunded unless 6 weeks prior notice is given to the owner
  • The rental fee must be paid in full to the owner 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. The property keys and holiday information pack will be posted directly to you prior to your departure.
  • Cleaning costs are included within the rental rates, however if necessary a further deduction will be made from your security deposit if the property is left in an unacceptable manner.

  • The bathrooms show off the quality of the property, featuring high spec fixtures and fittings by porcelonosa. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with separate shower and full size bath & bide. The second bathroom ensures privacy for our guests, and offers its own shower, sink & loo. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink facility.

The 2nd bedroom, ( air-conditioned ) again had double doors onto a feature balcony, overlooking the landscaped gardens at the rear of the property. There is a travel cot and bedding available, for the tiny guest, and the sofa in the lounge area converts into a comfy double bed should you require the extra space. Although the property itself is non-smoking, there are ample terraces etc for you to enjoy your relaxing habit !

Notes: The communal pool is only a short walk through into the next block of accommodation. This is to avoid the occupiers being disturbed for lengthy periods by pool-users. There are sun loungers and seating available on the poolside, and each community has their own designated pool, to ensure the number of users is limited. The property has patio furniture on the front terrace and loungers etc on the roof-top. There are also two foldable loungers which can be taken to the pool/beach The property is located a short walk (150m) from the crocodile club, where there is a variety of leisure facilities. The pool @ the crocodile club is open to non residents on the resort, and visitors to the property can use this pool for a small daily charge. There is a popular restaurant serving meals & refreshments throughout the day. The club house is a more formal option, the tapas at lunchtime are highly recommended. The restaurant serves a table de hote option on Friday & Saturday evenings.

Vivid green fairways strike a vibrant contrast to the surrounding arid landscape of cactus, rock, and desert flowers. The desert golf course design, and the Spanish colonial architecture make an attractive combination. The golf course also has a golf academy, with the latest technology to help improve your game. Green Fees range from 50-90 euros, depending on the various offers available. ie Early bird, sun worshiper/ sundowner and twilight deals. Buggy Hire is approx 30 euros, and golf club hire is available from the caddy master. However The property has a full set of Left & Right handed clubs available to use at no extra cost There is a stunning practice area, including putting green, chipping area and driving range to help improve your game, as well as lessons & coaching from the resident professional. The course is without doubt the best kept secret in Spain. The greens and fairways cannot be faulted. The up-keep of the course is second to none, and of course where else do you get cactus and volcanic rock beds for hazards ! The club house provides great after-play refreshments, and the pro shop is handy to replace those lost golf balls !

We have rented several houses and apartments in various resorts in Europe and this one was definitely the best. Desert Springs is a wonderful place to stay - very picturesque and extremely well maintained. The whole resort has been thoughtfully designed,beautifully landscaped and offers excellent golf, tennis, leisure and spa facilities. Both the club house and the Crocodile Club serve lovely meals and are wonderful places to relax with a drink. The townhouse is in arguably the best part of the resort and offers magnificent views from the lovely roof terrace. Sharon has equipped and furnished the property to a very high standard and has thought of everything. The house is immaculately clean and the welcome food parcel is a thoughtful touch. She has been very professional in the handling of our booking, offering friendly, helpful advice throughout. We would definitely recommend the property although a car is a must. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

We recently stayed at Desert Springs while attending a wedding. The property was very well presented. It was clean, tidy and the decor was excellent. Given the large party at the wedding we had the opportunity to see a number of the townhouses / apartments in the complex and this certainly came out on top. I would recommend it to all ages looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The golf course was one of the best I have played. The fairways and greens where top notch.

The apartment is in a very good location for golf and touring.We played golf every day,the course and practice facilities are excellent.
Apartment very clean,a few essential food and drink items were available on arrival which was great,especially the cold beer.
Roof top terrace view stunning.
Overall very satisfied with the apartment and the holiday.

Fantastic Accommodation, Spacious & High Spec

We had a great all round holiday last year staying in Desert Springs Golf Resort in Almeria in this 5* town house. The quality of the accommodation was to a very high standard, the roof top terrace was very well received as we love sun bathing and it was perfect for BBQ's. There is plenty of outside space with this property with comfortable patio furniture for relaxing on. The outdoor well presented and maintained pool situated only a very short walk from the property was lovely in the heat of the day. We found the resort quiet and relaxing and was perfect for our family holiday as we took our 9 month old daughter with us. In total there was 5 adults and one child. A travel cot was provided along with a high chair. The main bedroom has a beautiful on-suite with a big bath, shower, and WC and the main bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. There was also a down stairs toilet. Once again all to a very high standard. The accommodation was very clean and well presented, with dishwasher and washing machine and microwave included. A lovely property which made our first holiday with our daughter a safe and home from home like experience. We would definitley recommend this property. The customer service we received from the owner was fantastic Sharon was very helpfull at all times even when it came to advice on renting a car etc. She also made sure we had everything we needed on hand for our daughter such as the cot and high chair and gave us lots of advice on the surrounding areas and places to go and visit such as restaurants etc. Thanks Sharon for helping to make our first family holiday a memorable one.
