We offer also connectible units of 240-270 sqm to accommodate 8-12 persons in 4/5 separate bedrooms .
Its' possible to rent half property with independent entrance sleeping 16 people or the whole property as a superior accommodation 1050 sqm with 17 separate bedrooms, ideal to accommodate groups of 30-35 people.

The property is in a perfect position for traveling around in Tuscany only 25 minutes from the centre Florence
which is only 25 km far from us .
The other major tuscan cities of arts Pisa, Siena, San Gemignano,Lucca, Pistoia are reachable in less than an hour through The Fi-Pi-Li freeway to Florence, Pisa and Livorno which allows to move quickly in the Tuscan area
The station of Empoli (6 km far from us) offers to the tourists frequent trains every 15 min to Florence but
many trains to Pisa, Siena and Rome stops there too.
So the property stands in hilltop position amid olive trees in the Leonardo's land but it 's only few kilometres to the main road of the area and to the important railway station of Empoli. We would remark our property is in the most exclusive area of the municipality of Vinci which includes hills and the plain. We're in hilltop position and not in the plain or in a basin amid hills: take always care to verify the real position of any property!

You can see the tower of San Miniato from many windows of the property too, so you can't fail direction!
