    The rate calendar above doesn't work for us. RATES vary according to the actual day, time of year and total length of your stay. Christmas Day is more expensive than January 1st, for example, but the overall price may be less per night if you are booking 14 nights rather than 5. We calculate your quote depending upon your EXACT dates.

    COMPARING PRICES??

    Remember our price INCLUDES the Florida State Sales Tax of 12½%. Most other Owners list their prices EXCLUDING this tax. So you have to remember to add this tax to their prices to make a fair comparison

    IN ADDITION, our house is within a short walk of the Clubhouse & pools, and NOT a mile away at the back of the Resort OR overlooking a noisy main road. Price should not be your only consideration. You'll soon wish you'd paid more when you can't get a decent nights sleep.
  • We offer excellent value for money as previous guests will testify, which is why so many of our guests choose to return year after year.

    Over a third of our reservations are referred or returning guests.

    Discount offered for extended rental periods.

    We sometimes have some last minute availability at ludicrously low prices so if you can be flexible with your dates, please contact us!

    Please note there is an additional cleaning fee to clean the house after you leave of $85 for reservations of less than 5 nights. We have to pass this charge on as this is what the Management Agent who runs the Resort charges us. Any reservation over 4 nights, we absorb this fee.

    Please also note there is an additional charge of $10 per day for temporary membership of the Regal Palms Sports & Social Club. This charge applies to EVERY house on the Resort.

    There are NO other 'hidden extras'.
  • To secure your dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of $120 US dollars (or £70 if booking in £ UK Sterling) or 10% of the booking value (whichever is the higher).

    Your dates are not secure until the deposit has been paid. The balance should be paid in full 8 weeks before you arrive at the Regal Palms Resort. If your reservation is within 70 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount with your reservation.

  • Our house has a King, Queen and 2 twin bedrooms The upstairs bedrooms comprise one Master Suite with King size bed & two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The Master Bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a 'super-size' oval bath & shower for extra relaxation, cable TV with remote control, walk in wardrobe & floor safe for your valuables. The 2 twin bedrooms have double size wardrobes, one has a cable TV, & they share a bathroom. The 2nd Master suite is downstairs comprise a Queensize bed, its own private en-suite bathroom, cable TV with remote control & double size wardrobe. Golf Facilities: The prestigious PGA rated Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located right next door (walking distance), which is a par 72 Championship course. Mike Dasher designed the course and it provides players with pine tree lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of Old Florida with the citrus trees coming into play throughout the course. In addition, the Polo Park Golf Course (which is open to the public offering green fees for just $35) located just 3 minutes drive north on Highway 27, & Greg Norman's World acclaimed Champions Gate 36 hole Golf Course is just a short drive south down the I-27, about 5 minutes away. In addition to the north of the resort is Legends at Orange Lake Resort & Country Club. There really is dozens of excellent courses in the area, just a few minutes drive away.

Myself, husband and two teenage children of 16 and 13 have just returned from a two wek stay at Regal Palms. We were extremely pleased with the four bedroomed property that we rented, It was clean, well equiped and spacious. It had every thing we needed for a 'home' from home self catering accomodation. Staff at the reception were polite and helpful nd clubhouse staff were also very courteous. The facilities on the resort were fab! The children (and adults) loved the lazy river and pool, The jacuzzi was also great. Free internet access in the clubhouse was a bonus for the children to communicate back to there friends and wifi is also free if you have your own laptop. Food menu was of good quality and value and saved a trip out to local resturants. Publix supermarket is a stone throw away to stock up on all the essentials for your self catering needs and the odd bottle of wine! There are a few restourants in walking distance but a large variety of restaurants are a short drive away.Would highly recommend this resort and property and we are planning to return next year.

The free internet access using the Resort's computers at the internet cafe in the Clubhouse was introduced this year and proving very popular.

Great house, pool area and location

Had a great stay with my wife and 2 children - location of the house/resort is wonderful for the Disney Parks and access to the main highways- also very conveniently located just around the corner from a large Supermarket and other shops.

House itself was very spacious, clean and well equipped.
The house is very close to the main Clubhouse and reception so could easily walk from the house or take a 1 minute drive if feeling lazy...

The Clubhouse had internet access (wi-fi) which was free. The restaurant was very good and convenient after a long day at the theme parks.

The best feature of all was the pool area with its lazy-river which my kids loved.

My only critiscism was that the lazy river became very packed on several days and I suspect full of many people whoi were not actually staying at the resort - theer was very little or no checks to prevent anyone from just walking in! There were some unsavoury people staying at the resort also which I guess is the norm if you decide to book a place with shared facilities.

We had a great time and I recommend the house and resort.

Family friendly, close to the Disney Theme Parks

This was our first visit to Orlando and I’m so glad we had chosen this resort. I’m sure we’ll revisit in the future…The owner was very helpful and his suggestions helped us save time and money…The resort and the property are very nice and I would highly recommend it particularly to those with young children. All I can say is: we had a great time…

Family Gathering

The Regal Palms was an extrondianry place to stay. It was very clean and quiet at night. When we came back to the resort after a long day at the theme parks my kids always wanted to hit the pool, my whole family had a wonderful time at the resorts pool. We had meet some very nice people everyday. I can't wait to spread the news of such a wonderful place to stay and without taking a tour if you do not wish. The price was perfect, especially if you could share with another couple. Every morning I would get up early enough to cook a big breakfast, and most evenings we came back to eat dinner. This saved a bundle on feeding as many as we had in our group, the local Publix and Walmart was a life saver for this trip. I was able to keep up with laundry so when I went back home I did not have this piled up. Everyone in our group helped on everything and we all had a wonderful time

Great place to stay

We booked through Simon, who was really helpful while we were planning out trip.
Regal Palms is great, we had to drag the Kids out of the huge pools - they would have spent the whole vacation in the pool. The rest of the facilities were just as described and the staff were friendly.
The house was exactly as we had been told, clean and comfortable and close to the facilities.

We will definitely be back.
