A large 3 bedroomed newly refurbished air-conditioned apartment 50 meters from the sandy arenal beach in Javea. Ideally located so a car is not essential for your holiday. The apartment is perfect for that weekend getaway for couples or a full family holiday with children. The apartment has a communal pool, car parking space and landscaped gardens which can be seen from the large terrace.

Javea is the ideal family holiday location. The Javea area is best known for it's unspoilt beauty and blue flag beaches. Javea has three main areas, the Arenal beach (1 minute walk from apartment) which has a beautiful sandy beach area surrounded by Bars and restaurants. The port area has a very interesting ambiance at night with it's promenade along the sea front and bistro bars to enjoy a cocktail or 2 watching the moonlight glistening on the water. It also has a modern fisherman's church to visit. July sees the Moors and Christians fiesta being held in the port area. The old town has a long history with an impressive medieval church set alongside old Spanish town houses and traditional tapas bars along the main streets. All in all Javea has it all for a good family holiday with children or a relaxing break for romantic couples. Locally you have other places of interest to visit including Denia, Gata de Gorgos, Moriara and Calpe.

We have just returned from a wonderful holidy in Javea with my family and my parents. Being literally over theroad from the beach was just perfect. In fact next time we do not need a car! I found the apartment to be very clean and well equiped. My children slept in the 3rd bedroom which was ideal for them being 7 & 9 years old (maybe not suitable for younger children) Overall a wonderful holiday and I look forward to returning next year.

Overall experience of staying in the flat was good. The two double rooms are a good size, the third bedroom would not be a good place to sleep in the summer months with no air-conditioning - really a two bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but if you are not planning on cooking much, you will be OK. The terrace is large and has a nice view of the pool, with enough space for drying clothes/towels etc.

The main complaint from me would be the cleanliness of the flat on arrival. The floors were filthy and all cups/glasses/cutlery we used had to washed and cleaned before we used them. I expect to enter a serviced apartment to find clean floors / shower and cooking utensils. Not to start the holiday having to clean somebody else's mess up. This was not acceptable and if I was with my family and had young children, the last thing I would want to be doing was cleaning.

Second point and not really a major one, not that welcoming to find a bathroom full of a half used bottles of sun lotion / shampoo etc. It's not complimentary toilettries which would be nice, it's somebody else's left overs - they should be thrown away!!!

i have been to this flat twice and it was fantastic. The flat was great, all of the beds are comfortable, the kitchen was nice and the living area was loverly. The balcony is gorgous. i loved going down to the pool and just sitting there and doing nothing because it was peaceful but great for familys. It's great because once you stept out of the gates the beach is just there with loads of shops and resturants, its a blast for familys. If your just looking for some sun trust me you just go to the peer and if you just walk up and down there and by the time your back at the flat your brown or if you want to relax the beech is perfect for that. If you like fishing its perfect for you, you can relax and fish it will be fantastic.ther are loverly sights to see and only down the street is a funfair but only in the summer season.
you should trust me on this flat because i'm only 14 and it was fantastic.

Great flat with excellent modern accomodation and furnishings especially main Bathroom and Balcony, really close to the beach and all amenities. Would recommend to all.
