The villa is air-conditioned throughout and all bedroom have there own TV & DVD and some with PS2 console for playing your favourite games on. The villa benefits from having a large 28ft x 14ft pool that incorporates a waterfall spa as well as a large patio area for entertaining around the BBQ with views across the lake. No rear neighbours and close walking distance to the club house and water park. The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge lagoon-style pool complete with water slides, gym and cinema. Caribbean style! Windsor Hills is a beautiful gated community just 1.5 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World and highway 192 where you will find all the shops & restaurants. Windsor Hills is as close as you can get to Disney. In fact you can even watch the Disney firework display from the resort.

Notes to the rental rates

• To simplify the above tariffs. All School holiday periods are £1000 a week and all non school holiday periods are either £800 or £900 a week
  Florida Taxes are included in the prices above if you pay in Pounds-Sterling or Euro's. Please allow an additional charge of 13% if paying by Dollars.
  Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
  
• Optional pool heating is £75 per week and only required during winter months.
  Optional spa heating is £35 per week and only required during winter months.
  A cheque for £250 breakage deposit will also be required before departure and will not be cashed. This cheque will be returned to you when you return
  
• You can pay by cheque or direct transfer of funds into my account. I accept Pounds, Dollars and Euro’s as payment. I do accept credit cards if there is no alternative means of payment with a 3.5% surcharge.

The Palms' brand new 7,012 yard, par 71, 18-hole championship golf course is now in full swing! Are you ready for the challenge? This exciting new course was designed and built by Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. Gary Koch, an active member and participant on the PGA Tour who can be seen regularly on NBC's televised PGA events as a color commentator, also assisted in the design of the course. There are many unique factors to The Palms' new course.
