You will feel it is an unexpected oasis of calm and tranquillity after those long days at the attractions. Our executive air-conditioned Orlando villa, features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool and spa, an extended deck with covered Lanai/Patio area. Just the place to relax and enjoy the Floridian weather. In 2008 we added a games room with a pool table, air hockey and other games to keep you amused. The villa also has internet access The villa is set in the delightfully peaceful surroundings of the Glenbrook Resort Community, Orlando, Florida, which has its own clubhouse and many amenities. It is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World with all the other attractions within easy reach. It is only 2 minutes drive to supermarkets (Wal-Mart open 24/7) and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. Orlando Florida has many things to offer, there are fantastic golf courses within easy reach of the villa, the shopping in both the Malls and Designer Outlets is second to none.

Our Villa is close to all the main Orlando attractions including Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Discovery Cove and Downtown Disney. As well as the water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, which can be enjoyed by children (even those in their 2nd childhood) In addition to this there are a wide variety of shopping malls and designer outlets to choose from. There is also an abundance of golf courses to suit all abilities and ages, from Championship courses to Crazy golf. You will not find yourself short of somewhere for a meal with restaurants at every turn, catering for all tastes and budgets. Just a few miles up the road is Lake Louisa State Park with facilities for riding, canoeing, nature trails and it even has its own beach by a lake.

  • The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. To secure your booking we will require a deposit of £150 per week booked.

    For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods.

    Our villa is situated next door to property ref 414315 so if you require two villas side by side then we can help.
  • Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £13 per day if requested at the time of booking.
  • A security deposit of £200 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

WOW! what a great home! We loved it and would love to stay there everytime we go to Orlando! We visited Universal and it was close in proximity ro both parks. Great location! Close to stores! Close to shopping!

The kids were in the pool the whole time! The ipod chargers in all the rooms were a great bonus. This house contained all the luxeries we have at home that we didn't want to give up: TVs in all the rooms, the game system, the surround sound, WIFI.

The HUGE bonus was the game room. We played in there with our teenagers every night!

We really enjoyed this house and I tihnk it really MADE our vacation! If you don't stay here you are losing out!!! Its really a gem!

It does what it says on the tin! Cannot be faulted the standard of the villa is excellent in all departments. Lots of extras for those that have young families truly everyone is catered for. The owners check with you on arrival and when you return. Centrally positioned for the parks and the numerous golf courses at hand. The local supermarket could not be more helpful and is just around the corner. We would like to thank David and Carol for the use of there Villa and would certainly use it again.

The property was very spacious and we loved the games room, well furnished and equipped and within walking distance of a supermarket. Conveniently located for Disney and other attractions.

We were kept well informed by the owners and they telephoned whilst we were staying in the Villa to ensure everything was ok.

With the added attraction of the clubhouse with its gym and swimming pool, I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to families visiting Orlando.

Better than expected!

This was our fourth house rental in Florida and it was the most equipped home that we have ever had. The home was sparkling clean, full of extras like DVD's, video games, children's books, novels, plenty of towels, tons of pool toys..and more! The owners were extremely helpful and very accomodating (later check out, strollers, golf clubs... etc.) They called to ensure that we were satisfied upon our arrival and to verify any concerns(none) that we had. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, though we were usually outside in the pool, spa or extened lanai most of the time. We will return in the years to come and would HIGHLY recommend this home to all would-be renters. It was a SPLENDID transaction.

villa is great, everything that you could possibly need, furnished to appeal to all tastes. games room is a real added bonus for anyone with kids and big kids! great supermarket that you can walk to, literally just around the corner, lovely swimming pool & spa to unwind in! really quiet neighbourhood. great holiday, wish i was there!!
