Swimming pool with alarm 9,5m X 4,5m (depth: 1, 10m - 2,10m). Perfect place for quiet holidays in the residential area of Plascassier. Numerous picturesque villages like Valbonne, Biot or Grasse are all close. 14km to the magnificent beaches of Cannes and the peaceful islands of Lérins. Living-/dining room with fireplace. Kitchen corner with electric cooktop, oven, micro-wave oven and dishwasher. Laundry room. 2 double bedrooms: one 140cm bed and one 160cm bed, each with bathroom/shower room with toilet. One bedroom with two single beds of 90cm. Shower room with toilet. Barbecue. Garden furniture on the 100m² terrace. Pétanque. Car port. Pets not allowed. Damage deposit: 1200€.

Today, some twenty farmers cultivate such flower fields, and certain gardens are conceived so as to preserve this heritage by composing a rich bouquet of the fragrances of Provence. Avenue Reine Jeanne, where Napoleon’s sister liked to rest during the winter. There is an orientation table overlooking the Avenue Victoria district, allowing a panoramic view over the old city. Flower Fields 'Domaine de Manon' Meet a perfume plant producer in the village of Plascassier, only ten minutes from the centre of Grasse. During the visit, the producer, Hubert Biancalana, will share his passion for flowers with you and will invite you to assist with the 'picking'.
