The villa sleeps 6 with 2 double bedrooms and one twin furnished to the highest standard, Cot available upon request. The master bedroom has a sea view with patio doors leading onto a balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a view of the pool and the twin room has sea views. Downstairs, a stylish kitchen with Oven/Hob, fridge freezer and Microwave, leads into open plan lounge/dining area with seating for 6. Flat Screen Greek Satellite TV, DVD are provided. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and toilet. Private outdoor pool.

On a new development this villa is only minutes walk away from the restaurants, bars and shops of Pernera town and beach providing entertainment for all everyone. The lively resort of Protaras is only 15 mins walk away or a short car journey. The hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa is hard to resist, at just 10 minutes drive from Protaras, Ayia Napa boasts gorgeous beaches, fabulous restaurants, bars, nightclubs and the electric atmosphere of the square at night. Paralimni, the main Famagusta town with Cosmopolitan shops is also only 10 mins drive away. The bus goes between Paralimni and Ayia Napa at least once an hour with a stop in Pernera town and Protaras center. The general area is full of gorgeous sandy beaches such as Fig Tree Bay, Konos Bay with rugged cliffs. For those whose sole intention is relaxation, Protaras beaches are the best on the island. All of them have beautiful sand and crystal clear water. The Golden Coast Hotel and beach area are just a few minutes walk away.

We have just returned from a week in the 'Villa Hollie',(July 08) in Pernera. We had a wonderful holiday. The Villa was all it was described as, Clean, Modern with all mod cons, comfortable, and the aircon was a godsend, the teprature was in the 40's. The rooms are very spacious and , had the bed fitted in my luggage i would have brought it home.:) Of the seven days we were there the pool was cleaned and tested three times, and given a clean bill of health. The area is handy within walking distance to the pretty harbour area, there are resturants and pubs and lots of little supermarkets and souvenir shops. There are larger Supermarkets in Paralimini about 6km away, these shops are massive and sell all you could want at very good prices. Protaras is close by with lovely beaches and shops and pubs and eating places. you could walk to Protaras, although we had a hired car which is useful if you want to go further afield, Ayia Nappa is not too far away. We would most certainly recommend the villa to families, couples, and with flat access at the back and the downstairs bathroom it would be suitable for anyone less able to get about.
We wish anyone choosing Villa Hollie as happy a time as we all had.
