Situated in Sunny Beach, the aptly named premier resort on the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria, with 270 sunny days each year and many exciting attractions for all types of visitors, young, old, single or family. Moreover, it is by far the cheapest sun destination in Europe having only recently acceded to EU membership. The resort centre is thoroughly modern with beautiful brick promenades fronting five km of a wide, curved, sandy beach sloping gently into clean, safe and warm bathing waters. This is not the Atlantic Ocean or the Mediterranean! There are hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops, yet nearby Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site, compliments with its old world charm and pedestrian streets. Bulgarian VIP Homes are ideally located at the south end of Sunny Beach a mere 15 minute walk from either Nessebar or Sunny Beach centre and only 3 minutes from the beach.
