The villa is located in a high position on Balcon Al Mar, Javea enjoying 270 degree views of the Mediterranean. The house is in a very quiet part of Javea for complete rest and relaxation, but only 5 kms to the main town and beaches should you wish to enjoy some of the Spanish night life, restaurants and other recreational activities such as fishing, boating, snorkelling or diving. The large 10 x 6 metre sparkling pool means you won't want to leave and go to the beach.The traditional outdoor Spanish kitchen allows you to snack and drink at poolside whilst you cook your BBQ or paella. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sauna. There are two lounge areas with cable TV, DVD players, stereo systems and wireless internet. The kitchens have all modern appliances including induction ceramic cook top, oven, microwaves, dishwashers, juicer etc. There is sleeping for 8-10 people.

What is available in the villa: Basically the villa is our home and has pretty much everything. There is wifi available on all floors and a computer available to check your e-mails. The TV receives English telvision but also has most of the French, German and Spanish channels. There are also a lot of DVD movies for the DVD players. We have 4 bikes and could arrange more if required. If you have a baby we provide a cot, high chair and stroller push chair When you arrive there will be sufficient food and drink for the first meal If you think of anything you may need please just ask if it can be arranged We try hard to provide an all inclusive deal .......just bring yourselves and your clothes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. La vue sur la Méditerranée est magnifique et la piscine est très grande. La villa est idéale pour les familles. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Russell et sa femme. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

We have passed an excellent stay in this villa. The view on the Mediterranean sea is splendid and the swimming pool is very large. The villa is ideal for the families. We were accomodated very cordially by Russell and his wife. We will go back there without hesitating

This villa offers suberb views and a terrific pool complete with plenty of outside seating.It is a short walk to a family friendly restaurant and a supermarket is also within easy walking distance. We had a relaxing week and Eileen and Russell gave us excellent customer service providing us with tips on route planning, a food welcome pack and resturant recomendations. They even gave us a late check out so we could enjoy the villa a wee bit longer!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
