The apartment was great! Very clean and just as it is shown in the photos. Walking distance to S- and U-Bahn. Walking distance to Siegessaule (Victory column). Only two or three stops to major sites. The owners are kind and discreet. They have prepared some information about visiting Berlin and this is available in the apartment. The price for this rental is very affordable!

Großartige Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail

Wohnung ist vorbildlich für kürzeren und längeren Aufenthalt in Berlin eingerichtet. Selbst wenn man sein Haarshampoo, Schirm oder Schuhputzmittel vergessen hat, kein Problem, alles vorhanden. Aber auch die wirklich wichtigen Dinge sind sehr gut: Matratze 1a, ruhige Nachbarn, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, sehr funktional (selbst Gewürze sind in der Küche zu finden) ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wer kochen möchte, findet Töpfe, Pfanne, Siebe, Michaufschäumer, Zitronenpresse etc. vor.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den hier gezeigten Fotos, die Lage ist ziemlich Zentral und ermöglicht einem den Besuch der Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einem sehr geringen Fahraufwand. Sehr sauberes Ambiente, ruhige Lage, netter Kontakt und nur zu Empfehlen. Dieses Objekt ist im Bezug auf ein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit einer klaren 1 zu bewerten.
Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Sightseeing Urlaub in Berlin.

Der nächste Besuch ist schon in Planung.

Tolle Wohnung, schöne Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Wohnung war sehr gut.
Alles in der Nähe was man braucht, Lebensmittelmarkt, sehr zu empfehlen Pizzeria Sempre.

Schöner Berlin Aufenthalt

Was soll man viel sagen. Die Wohnung ist einfach Klasse. Netter Empfang. Sehr sauber, ruhig, alles drin was man braucht und in bester Lage. S-Bahn schnell zu erreichen, Frühstück unter den S-Bahnbögen und leckeres selbstgebrautes Bier gleich nebenan. Auch eine tolle Conditorei an der Spree ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hmmm lecker. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Berlinaufenthalt wieder anmieten und unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter für den reibungslosen Ablauf.
