Beautiful self catering rental holiday home located in the luxurious Kissimmee area of Orlando, Florida. Situated in the gated Windsor Park, Remington, one of the best golfing and recreation areas in central Florida, with a championship golf club on the doorstep. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 8. It features 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite and queen bed, 2 twin bedrooms, fitted kitchen with diner, lounge and dining room, as well as it's own private screened swimming pool. The house is fully furnished to an excellent standard and includes telephone, TV, bed linen, towels, crockery and washer dryer etc. It is the perfect base to explore the delights of Florida!

  • A non refundable booking deposit of £100 per week plus booking form is required to secure the booking.
    A refundable security bond of £150 per week will be charged - this will be returned immediately following a clean report from our management company.
    The final balance and security bond is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Pool heating is charged at an additional $150 per week. Cots/high chairs are available for a minimal additional charge.
  • Discounts are available for stays of 3 weeks or more.
    Payment is accepted by cheque/bank transfer.
    Rental charges are inclusive of taxes, services and utilities.

This home was located in a nice area for us, next to many nice golf courses.
The house was in great condition and ready for us to move in.I would have liked a few more cooking pots and pans to use. We made our own supper almost every night.
The owner was very helpful in accomadating us to our schedule in arriving and departing.
I would tell my friends to go there,it was very nice for the price.
A nice place for any vacation.
