South of the Loire river, dry and sweet climate. Benefiting from an immense sight on the country side, the property is 2 kms away from the village. Nature lovers and sportsmen (the place is close to a golf and a riding school, bicycle riding along the Loire) will appreciate the place as much as others will do by visiting famous castles (Chaumont, Amboise, Blois, Chenonceaux,... are close to the property). 10/12 persons will comfortably be welcome thanks to 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms . Ideal for family holidays. Living room and dining room with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, household electrical appliance suit, television, video, hi-fi equipment, dishwasher and washer.
