A cosy penthouse duplex apartment with two bedrooms. Airy and light master bedroom with ensuite shower room. 2nd double bedroom again with ensuite shower room. Clean modern feel throughout. Ideal for summer holiday let for a couple or family with access to a communal area which includes a large swimming pool, a childrens pool, laundry room, gym and paddle tennis court. Secure parking and gated community for added security for families. Beach is a ten minute walk within the Alcaidesa community. Ideal for Golfers with many golf clubs in the surrounding area. There is a disco about ten minutes walk away for those who prefer a slightly more lively holiday. Sotogrande port is a five minute drive and the port of Duquesa is a ten minute drive. Gibraltar is a fifteen minute drive for that Rock experience. Selwo animal park is ideal for a day out with the children as is Algeciras Bahia water park.

We went on a golfing holiday and found this charming duplex the ideal base as it is surrounded by golf greens.

We also did a bit of sight seeing and once again this was an ideal base.

The pool is lovely and refreshing after a morning of golf.

Lovely holiday

Lovely apartment ideal for couples.

There is a little building work going on in the surrounding area but this didn't detract from our stay.

Alcaidesa area provides beautiful beach and this apartment gives fantastic views towards the sea, the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar.

The pool is large, with an extra childrens pool to the side.

Once again, this was a very enjoyable stay.

This was a lovely property in an idyllic spot. Everything you needed was within Alcaidesa. If you want to travel further afield then this is the ideal base.

A charming penthouse apartment which made for a delightful holiday. A lovely pool area for sunbathing and relaxing - ideal for children. It's situated in a fantastic area for golfers with courses all around. A peaceful location with nearby access to the more lively activities that one may require. Easy access to the beach and a local shop for any last minute necessities. There is a supermarket 5 minutes drive away for the extras.
